We recognize that privacy is important. HNDK.org's privacy policy is as follows:
For registered members of Ho Nun De Kah:
HNDK.org will collect personally identifiable information - but only upon your explicit submission of that data.
This information is gathered through forms you may submit at Ho Nun De Kah events, as well as online forms. Information at HNDK.org may be changed at any time by an Executive Board member with the proper access.
However, HNDK.org's webmaster sincerely believes in personal data rights - you will have the opportunity to change any personally identifiable information about yourself, via HNDK.org, at any time.
No personal tracking or usage data will be collected. You will be issued a 'cookie' to identify you, upon logging in.
For other visitors:
HNDK.org does not track or collect personally identifiable information of Internet users, nor does HNDK.org associate any data we gather with personally identifiable information from other Ho Nun De Kah sources.
HNDK.org does collect anonymous, aggregate usage data.
Major Exceptions:
Any non-Ho Nun De Kah member who signs up for any of our services and submits personally identifiable information will have that information recorded by HNDK.org. We will associate that data with personally identifiable information from other sources, such as the Cornell student directory. We will contact you via email - and perhaps share this email with other organizations, such as the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences at Cornell University.
